The property is located in the North East Coconut Grove neighborhood,  a very walkable green area with many parks, doggy parks and everything to enjoy your stay close by, if not steps away.

 

Best location in Miami. Very central, yet covered with trees, very natural, quiet and green environment, close to the Biscayne Bay's sandy beaches and the marina, walking distance to groceries, restaurants and public transportation. On a quiet Coconut Grove center upscale residential avenue, no traffic except very few local. It's just a short walk to the Bay, Marina, Yacht Club, Cocowalk, Commodore Plaza, Fresh Market food store, trendy cafes, galleries and boutiques, minutes from downtown Miami, Miami Seaport, South Beach, sandy tropical Beaches of Virginia Key Doggy Beach and Key Biscayne, Marina & yachting or sailing facilities, Airport., Starbucks, Monty's and Flannighan restaurants, Fresh Market, all less than 5 minutes walking distance. At the Marina, you may rent a jet ski or jet pack, and tour around the Biscayne Bay, or rent a motor boat or a sail boat, or you can bike around the Grove and the Keys nearby, kitesurf in North Beach of Crandon Park or rent Hobby Cats catamarans in Virginia Key, all nearby. The Grove is totally secure, large trees and lots of shade, peacocks and parrots, natural environment, not OK for people with allergies or phobias of insects and animals.

Other bus lines available on Tigertail and Bayshore Drive,. Uber access in minutes at any time. Metrorail Train is also linking to Miami Int'l airport.

Other things to note

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome but nNot OK if barks continuously when owner away rental may be cancelled. Not allowed to run free in the yard. (The neighborhood is without traffic and ideal for doggy walks. Kennedy doggy park 2 blocks away.)
