VacationRent Co presents the Pay Later by Paypal formula as a third party with no further responsibility and is not lending moneys to customers in any way..

Based on the decision of Paypal and associated financial partners  (referred to as "Lender" here)  guests of VacationRent Co (referred to as "Borrower(s)" for the purpose here) may have an opportunity to pay their stay by installments, but they have a borrower to lender relationship with Lender and they are deemed to have no relationship with VacationRent Co in as far as this method of payment is concerned.

If borrowers' application for payment by installment is denied by Lender, Borrower is deemed to have failed to pay the fee of his/her stay and their booking shall be void.

VacationRent Co does not act as intermediary here and shall not be liable to secure assistance to borrowers in any shape or form.. Pay later is just a way to pay bookings, like cash or check etc..

VacationRent Co disclaims any liability  or participation in the event of dispute or complaint in between Lender and Borrower..
