There is an enclosed space for pets but only well-behaved pets are allowed and only on a case by case basis, exclusively when booked through VACATIONRENT Oo.
The large deck has a nice pergola with planters filled with flowering bougainvilleas, a table and chairs and a grill, all fit for a candle lit dinner outdoors al fresco.

ENJOY WALKING AROUND IN A VERY QUIET AND VERY SAFE, LUSH, TROPICAL, UPSCALE, RESIDENTIAL AREA, SHADED WITH CENTURY OLD BANYAN, OAK AND PALM TREES.
The area, the most desirable in Miami, is a very safe, quiet and upscale residential neighborhood, with only very little restricted local traffic.
The Grove typically has large trees and lots of shade, peacocks and parrots. It's a natural environment (not OK for people with allergies or phobias of insects and animals).
Yet, the North East Coconut Grove neighborhood is almost in the center of Miami and has a center of its own - "Cocowalk" - with Main Street and Grand Avenue at walking distance. It's minutes from downtown Miami and Brickell, immediately connected to I-95 through 22nd Ave, and a short ride to Miami International Airport.
SHOPPING, DINING, FUN ACTIVITIES AND SIGHTSEEING AT YOUR DOOR AND NEARBY
The cottage itself is just a short walk to the Biscayne Bay, the Marina,the Yacht Club, the Sailing Center, the countless bars, trendy cafes, restaurants galleries and boutiques of Cocowalk, Commodore Plaza, Grand Ave and Main Street.
One block away Southward or Northward, with a short walk, one can find Starbucks, or Monty's (live music), Flannighan and Berry's famous restaurants.
Fresh Market food store, USPS, Fedex, UPS, dry cleaning stores, vet, bicycle rentals, doctors, the Kennedy doggie park and others like Blanche and Peacock park are at walking distance too.
At the Marina, one block away, you may rent a jet ski and tour around the Biscayne Bay, rent a motor boat or a sail boat, go for a kite-surfing experience, a para-sail or just take a boat trip around the Bay.
The pristine waters of sandy tropical Beaches on the Bay of Virginia Key, Key Biscayne and of Bill Baggs State Park near the lighthouse and Cape Florida, are all 10 to 15 minutes away by car. South Beach is easily accessible through I-95 almost all the way.
5 minutes away by walk, at the crossing of Bird and 27th, one can rent a byke to bike around the Grove and the Keys nearby.
Don't miss the Miami Sea Aquarium on your way to the Doggie Beach of Virginia Key's just after the bridge or to rent a catamaran or a surf board. before the bridge. On your way back, entering the Grove again, stop by the Viscaya Museum, a major attraction.
The Venitian Pool, 15 minutes by car, is a huge and uniquely landscaped swimming pool with restaurant and bar, a nice choice for a day in all-year-round sunny Miami.

A gas grill is provided, with a table and 4 chairs (gas refills not included).
For your very private sunbath, we offer a chaise lounge and a Brazilian double hammock.
